What is the check-in time?
2:00 pm.
What time is the departure?
10:00 am in shared rooms. 11:00 am in private rooms.
What is the reception schedule?
The reception is open 24 hours a day.
Is there a closing time for doors at the hostel?
There is no reception closure. You can access the rooms at any time.
Do you have a luggage storage room?
We have luggage storage at the entrance before and after guests check into their rooms. The additional cost is 3.5 € per person.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made via email. Cancellations by phone are not accepted.
Cancellations made up to one day before arrival if you book through our official website (before 12 noon) will not be penalized or charged. Cancellations made after 12 noon the day before arrival will be penalized with the charge of the first night on the provided credit card.
If you make a reservation through another means (email or WhatsApp or phone), the rates are NON-refundable.
Are changes allowed in my reservation?
Yes, we accept changes to reservations up to 24 hours before arrival and subject to availability. The cancellation policy will also apply to changes. Changes to reservations and cancellations must be made via email. We do not accept changes or cancellations over the phone.
Is there any age restriction?
You must be over 18 years old in dormitories. There is an age limit of 45 years old in shared rooms. There is no age restriction in private rooms.
Is there breakfast service?
The hostel does not offer breakfast service, but don’t worry: the street is full of cafés and amazing places to have breakfast and start the day with energy!
Do the rooms have sink, bathroom?
All rooms have their own private bathroom.
What types of rooms do you have?
We have rooms with 6 and 8 beds. Double, triple, quadruple rooms. All with their own private bathroom.
Should I bring bedding or a sleeping bag?
You can bring your own bedding or sleeping bag, or you can rent it at the hostel for €4 per sheet, €4 per towel, and €5 per blanket (for the entire stay).
